Requires – 20 pieces of I tape/Partner for taping

1. Pace the base of “I”strip at the front t clavicle and the tail just behind the earlobe while turning the neck to the right.

2. Place the base of another “I”strip just lateral side of the first “I” strip base.

3. No stretch is applied during application.
